How can I check my order status/details?
To check your order details at any time, login to your account, click on My Orders.
How long will it take a pre-ordered/custom made product to reach me?
There are some products on the website which are "Pre-Orders" which means that they are made to order or if you have placed a custom order. Please allow 12-15 working days for that product to be delivered to you. In case of customs delay or weather condition, there maybe an unforeseen further delay.
How do I track my order?
As soon as you place an order successfully, you will immediately receive a confirmation email from RazorPay (our partner payment gateway) as a proof of payment. As soon as our Team dispatches the order, you will receive a tracking code, with which you can monitor the status of your shipment.

Are the colors or products shown on the website accurate?
We try our best to maintain that you receive the same product as shown in the image. But due to certain lighting (studio or natural), the product Images might be indicative in nature. Actual Product may or may not differ from the image.
Will my bag change colour over time?
Some embellishments change colour slightly over time. To minimize this please store your piece in the dust bag provided. Please spot clean to remove stains. Please avoid continuous contact with delicate clothing and exposure to harsh chemicals such as perfumes.

Is there a COD option available?
Yes, it is available. These are the terms and conditions:
1. To avail COD Service, all items in the cart should be applicable for COD (Only products in stock are applicable for COD) COD is applicable on a minimum sale value of Rs. 0 and maximum of Rs. 20,000 only.
2. Pin code provided for Cash on Delivery should be in the serviceable area. If not, any online payment mode needs to be used.
3. You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.
4. If the box is open, do not accept the order.
5. No credit/debit cards are accepted in Cash on Delivery
6. You will need to make an account with us before using the COD option.
Can I cancel/ return or exchange an order?
We reserve a right to accept or reject orders placed through our Site. In case of requests for cancellations, as part of our policy, the orders once placed will not be cancelled/exchanged and no refund will be paid as these products are specially made on order. We only accept an exchange if and when the product is defective on arrival.
